Grace discovered her passion for yoga during her corporate career as an economist. Having discover her true calling, she created the Wild Yoga online resource and training school aiming to inspire, educate and help more people to develop a strong functional pain-free body.

 

After completing a number of yoga training courses over the past years, Grace believed that there is a huge piece of puzzle missing in the yoga world, which is human anatomy and the relationship between movements and body structures. She then spent more than a year continually study and train with her LA based coach and also alongside taking courses with Anatomy Trains school. Grace is now more than confident to share her knowledge in yoga, functional movements and human anatomy with people in need.
